Rainmeter 2.3 Beta Release (Nice Desktop Tools)

The 2.3 version of Rainmeter will have some important milestones. First and foremost, we are completely reworking how plugins are created for Rainmeter. We also intend, over the course of the beta cycle, to move existing plugins into the new plugin interface, allowing them to take advantage of new capabilities such as using dynamic variables.
